Service Description

If you're already familiar with the process and have had some practice we can deliver a case and give you feedback in 30 minutes. That means we can squeeze in TWO cases if you want that. For people getting started, we recommend using the hour to work on ONE case diligently and get the most thorough feedback on everything from structuring and use of frameworks to delivering the final recommendation and interpersonal/communication aspects.

Cancellation Policy

You do not ever have to cancel appointments! Simple RESCHEDULE! We have a very flexible rescheduling policy and system. You can reschedule for another day/time over the next... TWO YEARS. That's right! Once you've paid your session(s) are yours to use as you wish ... next week, next month, or next year. ** Note: the system will accept all changes / rescheduling up to TWO hours before the start of your appointment. After that the appointment is considered ON as your coach's time is blocked off for you and they are waiting whether you turn up or not.
